Terms of Service

1. Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between YambaCode AB (Stockholm, Sweden, info@yambacode.com) ("we", "us", "YambaCode") and you, the individual purchasing a DNA2C Pro subscription ("you", "User").
By subscribing you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
DNA2C is a local-first AI genomics application. A Pro subscription ("Pro") gives you unlimited access to AI chat, genome file analysis, and voice features within the app. The application runs on your device; your genomic data is never transmitted to our servers.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are offered on monthly ($12/month) and annual ($99/year) billing cycles. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of YambaCode AB. By completing checkout you also agree to Stripe's terms. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund email info@yambacode.com with the subject "Refund Request" and your Stripe subscription ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. After 30 days no refunds are issued, but your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use
DNA2C Pro is licensed for personal use only. You may not:
- –Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application
- –Share your subscription credentials with other individuals
- –Use the service for commercial resale without a separate written agreement
6. Not Medical Advice
The genomic insights provided by DNA2C are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions based on genetic information.
7. Intellectual Property
DNA2C software, branding, and content are owned by YambaCode. Your genomic data belongs to you. We claim no rights over the genome files you process locally.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, YambaCode's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is central to this product. We collect only what is necessary to process your subscription. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your subscription at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
