Refund Policy

30-day full refund

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Eligibility

DNA2C Pro is a one-time purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if your request is received within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.

There is no partial or pro-rata refund — if eligible, you receive the full amount paid.

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1. Email info@yambacode.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. 2. Include the order id from your Stripe receipt email (the Checkout id, starts with cs_)
  3. 3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days via Stripe

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests received more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. Because DNA2C Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges, there is nothing to cancel — your lifetime license is unaffected and you keep full access.
