Refund Policy

30-day full refund
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is received within 30 calendar days of the date your subscription was first activated. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
There is no partial or pro-rata refund — if eligible, you receive the full amount paid.
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Email info@yambacode.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- 2. Include your Stripe subscription ID (starts with
sub_) — you can find it in your Stripe receipt email - 3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days via Stripe
After the 30-Day Window
Refund requests received after 30 days from the initial purchase date are not eligible for a refund. However, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged further after cancellation.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Renewal Charges
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not covered by this refund policy. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date from your account settings. Stripe emails you a receipt for each renewal.
